      Replacement Window Leaks

      Cleveland Aluminum installed 27 replacement windows in my home. The windows look great, however the aluminum flashing covering the wood trim pushed the j channel away from the windows thus allowing rain to run inside my home. Cleveland Aluminum said the j channel was cut to short. Okay, why then did the problem occur AFTER our new windows were installed? The company rep said they would not fix the problem.... I have pictures. I rate Cleveland Aluminum negative 10 and I Would Not Recommend !!!
