6pm wedding on a very, very hot and humid September Saturday. 50 minutes maximum from Manhattan for one busload of family and friends, 20 minutes for two further bus loads staying 20 minutes from the venue. A 6pm wedding which I had discussed several times with both sisters. They arrived at 6.15.The three bus drivers went to the wrong entrance for the venue, where no one at all is allowed. I emailed a detailed list of disasters which befell our beloved guests.Today I phoned, hoping for at least an explanation and an apology. What I, in fact, received was someone shouting over the top of what I was trying to say and LYING that the guests arrived by 5.40 and insisting her buses were back in their garage by 6.25. I have screen shots from phones showing me, for example, a 6.03 call that they were close.That is not 5.40 nor 5.00. The internet is a big place. It's not the refund, it's the principle of the matter.

Shuttle service was excellent . 3 shuttles were on time friends very pleased

I had amazing service. The company took care about our wedding. The woman driver was wonderful very helpfully.

The most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. We booked them for a wedding and they literally left people at the reception to encounter a delay of over 1 hour. It caused the guests and the BRIDE AND GROOM to miss the after party. Disgusting. No attempt was made to make it right either. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

The most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of hiring. They literally ruined a wedding for us!!! Our wedding went later than planned and rather than informing us in time, they let one of the busses go stranding 35 people at the wedding for an hour and a half - missing the after party. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!
