Great food and super friendly staff. I eat here at least once a week. The sushi is fresh and the drinks are great too.

Mr. Fuji is a hidden gem among the Clifton Park/Southern Saratoga County area. Excellent sushi and japanese food, including hibachi style meals. Always fresh, always perfect presentation. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable. I've been a customer since the doors opened about 2 years ago and I go back at least 3 - 4 times per month.
