      General Info
      NP Medical is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nypro, a provider of integrated plastic manufacturing solutions. Founded in 1981, NP Medical develops and produces drug and fluid access devices and components for the original equipment manufacturer and health care industries. The various types of valves offered by the company include in-line checks, and luer- and pressure-activated valves. NP Medical also offers intravenous set components, fluid access devices and needle-free disposables. It provides finite element analysis and utilizes computer-aided design and rapid prototyping techniques. Additionally, the company offers various specialty devices for anesthesia applications and blood and fluid sampling. NP Medical is headquartered in Clinton, Mass.
