Please, please, please do not take your equipment of any kind to this place. This place is run by an ignorant old man with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I took my ride-on lawn mower there and it took them 2 months to respond when clearly the service agreement says 3 to 5 days. They said my machine needed all kinds of repairs when another reputable place said I didn't need any of the stuff they claimed I needed. Also, this place charged me for service they did not perform. The claimed to have changed my oil and cleaned my carburetor when clearly they didn't. If I told my best friend about this place, I'd say: not only would I tell a good friend, but anyone that I know, don't take your equipment to this place.

They did not complete the estimate within the 7 to 10 days as agreed. I had to call after 2 weeks for them to tell me they will look at my generator and give me a call the next day. Next day no call. Another day passes, I call to find out the work was completed without a call with the estimate.
