Dishonest business Practice. After I asked about a specific issue on a vehicle I was going to purchase they lied and told me there was nothing wrong with it. They disguised the leak by cleaning the stains and insisted there was no leak. Two days after purchase and one rainy day, my wife stepped into a car with the entire floor board soaked!! A professional pulled up the carpet and discovered a stench, mold and corroded carpet padding due to an on going leak. Just as I suspected. I was scammed and lied to and had a bill of $1000 to fix the issue. My warranty would not cover it, my insurance could not cover it BECAUSE it was an existing issue before purchase and the dealership stuck by their lies and gave me the run around and insisted on operating with a lack of integrity. I would have even appreciated a gesture of good business of even half of the bill, but they insisted on being dishonest and telling me there was never a leak while they had it. ALTHOUGH they had the car for months and I KNOW it rained there at some point so they SAW the leak and repair shop had to have seen the stains because I did and they had to have inspected the car and discovered the mold and corroded padding. BUT they covered it all up. A lack of integrity!! I understand business! We all want to be successful, but not at the expense of our integrity or the very customers that can make you successful!!
