If I could rate this Doctor zero I would! Our experience at his office was awful. The only saving grace was his nurse who is kind and very helpful were she could be. Dr. Luu never took the time to listen to me and literally ignored me and would only speak with my husband. We may be new parents and often times are written off as overreacting however, these are the people we look to for advise and understanding of our child's needs. And after being repeatedly asked to look in our baby's mouth because the coloration was off and he was not nursing well anymore, he yet again ignored me, and now my baby has full blown thrush! Thanks Dr. Luu....never again will I be visiting your office if only to pick up my baby's charts to give to another Pedi! TAKE YOUR TIME TO LISTEN TO YUOR PATEINTS
