I am new to town. I took my lap top to THE GEEK SQUAD guy and in less than a minute the told me that either my screen was bad or the mother-board malfunctioned. I checked the yellow pages and found Brazos Computer service. In less than a minute they had my computer running. The RAM was not connecting. There were other issues with Window updates and programs the kids had loaded. Two day, less the $100, I am back on line!
