I have been going to Big Franks Tires for about 20 years now. Frank is always the best deal in town! Everyone is very friendly, professional, and prompt in attending to your tire needs. Big Frank quoted me a price for a used tire over the phone but when I got there he only had a new one for that size. He charged me the quoted price anyway because he didn't want me to think he was pulling a bait and switch. I appreciate the honesty especially these days. I will be coming here from now on for any tire needs.

Roberto at Big Frank's Tires was a pleasure to do business with! I needed an older model tire for my horse trailer and everyone that I called didn't have it in stock and couldn't order it. They said I would need a whole new set or would have to get a slightly different size (which I didn't want to do). Big Frank's had it for me the NEXT day and at a GREAT price! Not to mention the excellent service I got when I went to pick it up :) We will be making all of our future tire purchases from Big Franks...thanks Roberto!!

Big Frank's always seemed to be helpful and their prices were very reasonable with quality work. In my opinion they are very unorganized, frequently fail to places orders they said they placed, and forget previous arrangements.



I made several phone calls to order tires for my fiancee's SUV and I spoke with Big Frank himself each time. When my fiancee showed up on the day he said they would have the tires ready, he proceeded to tell her he speaks to a lot of people and has no idea what she was talking about (he took down all of my information during my phone calls). He berated her to the point where she left and started crying in her car over the way she was just treated.

Honestly I used to recommend Big Frank's despite the organizational flaws, but treating a woman or anyone the way he treated my fiancee is unacceptable.

this place is a rip-off. the prices are way outta sight, and you can wait days for a simple repair. i have had a tire fall off the car, due to lack of attention by the employees.every time i have a repair done, i'm back the next week for a new problem. save your money, go ANYPLACE else.!!
