Waited 20 mins for a person to come into the back to pick up my stuff and someone finally came out after I rang the bell 4 times. Then I got my trophies and they messed them up completely. All they said was the name of the kid on it and the covers with the name on them were so cheap they fell right off. They werent even engraved. Terrible Experience. The trophy looked like someone threw it against a wall. Never again! Ill order on line at trophy depot from now on! Stay away from this place!

don't know yet,(rating stars) but their ad lists hours beginning at 8:30 a.m. and their phone message says 9:30 a.m.?
