i come home wife is discussed not gonna say much but she was so discussed because mexicans had been peeing by our shed not only is the shed located by our daughters window but the pee smelled so freaken bad we never discussed this with them but we did however want an explanation why our stucco was cracking and had to many smudges jeesh should have kept the siding. and thats when it went all wrong its not thier fault blah blah blah no discounts blah blah blah it will cost you additionally to repair stucco cracks blah blah blah man im sorry but stay away i made a mistake i chose this company for price my wife is now upset with me and feel our money was just thrown in the garbage i feel pretty damn disappointed everything is good with this company and they treat you ok until there is a problem and tha is where it all counts to many companies like this better off do it yourself

Can't say enough about these guys! I am so confident in their workmanship, my wife and I never have to worry about everything being done on time and done right. They originally installed stucco on our home in 2010 and just recently completed our rental property as well.

This Company installed my replacement windows in 2014. Needed to replace 2 sashes due to broken glass (not their fault) which they stated was no problem as they had the window info on file. Was told 6 weeks (long but acceptable) and they would be in. Ordered on June 2, 2015. Was given 3 different dates (starting in July) that the windows were to be done. Called on all 3 dates (they have never called me) they were to be here and was told a new date 2 weeks out each time. They gave no apology and had no reason for the delay. Told them that I was not happy with them the during the last call, and asked them to figure out when the sashes would be done and call me back. Give me an honest date or tell me you cannot help me so I can move on. After weeks without a call I finally had City Glass replace the glass in the sashes. Took them 1 week! Makes me very concerned about any warranty work I may need down the road. Find a contractor that can back their products and provide service, unlike this company.

We are trying to sell our house and buyers ordered an inspection on the house 3 days before closing everything was fine except the Roof and Stucco. So what happened is the stucco had flashing all around the problem was on the roof it was not high enough to let water drain out so what happened water found its way into the roof rotting about 245 sq of the roof. We also noticed lots a cracks inspector said they where normal but Colorado window and door company said there would be no cracks well my warranty is over so i have to pay for repair my home was 2300 sq ft paid 5500 for Stucco paid 4300 for roof and stucco repairs all because flashing was done unprofessionally. and well all pop outs also had to be redone later we found that the way they were done caused water damaged to 70% of our windows so we had those redone as well bill $2100 total stucco cost at the end $12,000 +head aches highest bid i ever got was Condors for $8500 :( dont waist your time

Two Warranties when they install the windows and they never charge for service call ever.

Do not give these people a dime!!! We first called them to come out to our house and they gave us the wrong day and time. We were not home so they called us and starting yelling at us! Okay, we let that go and they exactly what we wanted so we thought with their 'okay' BBB rating, we would be okay too. Well, guess what? Wrong sizes, wrong colors, ruined bushes in front, leaky trucks in driveway and this nightmare is still not over.The lady at the office is probably themeanest lady on the planet. Someone else on here said she is bipolar. SOOOO BIPOLAR!!!! We have just bought the domain www.coloradowindowanddoorsucks.com and guess what guys? I bought new Vinyl Windows and had stucco put on the exterior walls of my house and the wind doesn't get in anymore, and the house stays warm all winter long. I can't believe the difference that new windows and stucco have made. I used to be able to feel the draft by the windows and now there is none. The walls seem to be more solid and better insulated since the stucco was put on. I couldn't be more happy with Colorado Window and Door.
