I brought in two circular saws thinking they needed to be repaired. Come to find out, they didn't. I was not charged, that's the best for me. They will see my business for the rest of the time I live in Colorado Springs.

Great family run business. Very Friendly and Experts on all types of Parts, Service and loads of Inventory. A place does not stay in business since 1964 unless they do things well. Need a law mower sharpened..they do it.. Need to snake a drain they rent you the snake. Like I said great to know that whatever we need to rent they have it.

I have been using EZ for years and have ALWAYS found them to be professional and courteous. I don't know the story on the negative response above, but have a sneaky suspicion that it was 60% the fault of a short tempered customer. I will use them again within the next few days and only came on here to get their phone number and see if they had what I want to rent.

Went to EZ Way on a busy Saturday and I needed a mower looked at. They go right to it and exceeded my expectations. Exceptional service and they only charged me 6 bucks.

RIP OFF and BAD ATTITUDE! Rented a Snake last night at 5:55 pm. Charged me $80.00 even though I had it back at 7:40 am. Told me it was an overnight charge. (Took me two hours.) I guess they figure I'm doing my neighbor's drain also.... Told the lady (not the older one) behind the counter they should give me a break on the price because RENT ALL said they would rent it to me all day for $60.00. She said it's an overnight charge, (like it's my fault I can't return it at night after 6:00 pm.) She had a bad attitude and piss poor customer service. She didn't care at all. What a Bee-itch. I will NEVER RENT from E z Way again. I recommend RENT ALL off Austin Bluffs. They seemed to have a real upbeat friendly attitude on the phone. And RENT ALL was cheaper than this NON FRIENDLY, BAD ATTITUDE place. Maybe when they have to close their doors they will realize customer service is important. This place SUCKS!

Just found these guys this year. Their prices beat anything I have found elsewhere in town. (Used them for a 2-man gas auger and a wood chipper.)

It seems that I always end up renting from these guys after shopping around for the best price. No matter what I am looking for, they always have it available for me, plus they are the cheapest in town.
