We have been with L&L Disposal Service for over 40 years and appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. This is a family business and they take pride in their business and have always been helpful.

This is a horrible company, we signed a two year contract from hell...They come when they want to, I have had to call them over 10 times in the last 20 months to remind them that I have an account with them and I would like to have my trash picked up. I am almost done with this company and it cant come soon enough

Great company. So glad I hired them. They have been my collectors for 10 years and do a great job and the price is better than the others my friends have. Thanks guys!!

We have had L & L for almost 20 years and have enjoyed each person who has picked up our trash. They are very professional and have picked up stuff that they normally wouldn't on a regular day. All we did was call them a couple of days in advance and let them know if we had something out of the ordinary. We have recommended them to several neighbors and they haven't had any problems. I would continue to recommend them.

I am in the process of trying to find another company. I have been with L&L disposal for awhile nowand all of a sudden they wont pick up our trash. They are extremely rude and I am not going to give my hard earned money to bad people like them. Dont use them if your in need of trash service. Tjey will talk trash to you and say your lying about everything but they definitly wont pick up your yrash.

I love L&L they are the best trash service I have ever had. I will stay with them. I think the lady who answers the phone is a sweet heart, the drivers are EXCELLENT. I have never had any issues with them unlike the other trash services I have gone through. They work with you on your payments, the trash men are soooo friendly. So I dont know who you all have as the trash men but mine are great I look forward to seeing them.

I had L&L service for a long time. One day I got a nice fat bill for a large amount. They told me they had a rate increase and I had been paying the wrong amount for over a year. The invoices were still for the old amount, but because you have to send the post card (invoice) back with the payment I didn't have proof that it was for the old amount. Regardless of my length of time with their company, they treated me unprofessionally when I called out the mistake the mistake they made, and still expected the full balance from me when it was their error. Then they lost my next payment for half the balance when the lady had already confirmed she had it in the office and it was going to the bank. I had to put a stop payment on the check and that same week they didn't pick my trash up for non-payment. The office is very unorganized. I tolerated the rudeness of the drivers due to the low cost of the service. Not anymore.

I nominate this company for the poorest customer service award. The lady that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. We were treated like we were annoying them just because we wanted to know when our trash service was scheduled for pickup. They delivered our container 3 days late then never picked up the trash as scheduled for the following week. When we called to inquire, we were spoken to in a rude manner. And they never returned our calls as we were told. We will be cancelling our service and finding someone else who actually treats their customer like an asset instead of an annoyance.

I have had L&L for several years now, and I was 100% satisfied with them up until the past few months. The new guys they have working for them are are not people friendly, nor are they helpful. They wont take the trash if the 16 year old they have helping them cant lift the bags. I remember a time when trash day was pleasant, now I dread it, I wait and wonder what wont they wont take this time? on several occasions I have had my kids out there waiting as they got here, so that they could help them do their job!!!!!!! ........I used to tell everyone i knew to try L&L that they were great, I will no longer recommend them to anyone and I'm looking for a new disposal service myself.

We have used L&L for 6 1/2 years and the service was great until January of this year! After the new year began, we got new trash guys and they have done nothing but complain about our trash! Today one of the men actually YELLED at me and threatened to not pick up my trash!!! How disrespectful! I pay for 2 cans a week and rarely have both cans out there! We've had a little more this last month due to renovations, but nothing extreme. He told me today I needed to stop putting so much trash out! EXCUSE me!!! Then he told me to go ahead and call the office and see what happens! Is that a threat?! We are VERY disappointed to say the least! Looking for new company as we speak!
