So this place came up for a place where one may get their ears pierced. I already had 1 set of piercings. I'm sensitive to certain metals. Anyway, they were crooked, and while the piercing itself was plated with a nonreactive metal, the part that held it there was not. In fact, copper. I got an ear infection in each ear, and once I thought it had cleared up, I left the piercings. Until today, 8 weeks later, when I changed them (you're supposed to leave them in that long). I found that the copper had reacted with my ear and there was black-blue residue on it. My infection returned, and I am now on anti-biotics. For your health, don't get your ears or anything else pierced here. If you've seen this or something similar, take note: I'm upset enough that I'm trying to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. I followed the directions, of cleaning and the like, and this still happened.
