I wanted to write this letter showing how great our experience was buying our car at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. My wife and I went to about six other dealerships before coming to Rocky Mountain. The experiences we had with the other dealerships were. Many of the dealerships didnt respect our budget. We had the total opposite feeling when we got to Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. Daniel Gagne was the one who greeted us when we pulled up and was talking to us like if we knew each other not pressuring us into cars we cant afford or cars we dont want. Mr. Gagne was a great guy and we felt really comfortable around him. Mr. Gagne showed us a Lexus RX 330 and we fell in love with the car. He showed us everything about the car to make sure we would be happy with the car. It was almost like he were a family member making sure you were comfortable and getting a good car. We were also trading in our car which they gave us the best price over any other dealerships. We also gave them an offer for the Lexus and they said, sure without any negotiating which again never happened anywhere else. Everyone we met was very nice and knowledgeable from Mr. Gagne to the owner to Albert the finance director. We will only shop at Rocky Mountain and recommend them without hesitation.

Our daughter's car was recently totaled in an accident. We needed to replace it quickly bc she needed transportation to and from college. Since my husband was out of town, the task of buying a used car fell on me. I was very skeptical. Thanks to Larry B. at Rcky Mtn Auto Brokers, my skepticism faded quickly. He listened to what I wanted, was very respectful, didn't mind answering my silly questions, gave me some good advice on safety ratings and MPG's, and never tried to talk me into buying something that I didn't want or something outside my price range. There was no hassle; no games and no gimmicks. I checked out several car dealerships before making my choice. Without question, I got the best deal and the best customer service at Rcky Mtn Auto Brokers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car and would definitely buy from them again. You guys ROCK.

We spent weeks looking for the perfect Suburban to fit our needs - we found one at RMAB, with all except one feature that we were looking for. We called Quentin and told him what we were thinking and that we really liked the Suburban that RMAB had, but we wanted one with a sun roof. Quentin went out of his way to make the deal happen and made it worthwhile for us to make the deal and put the sunroof in after-market. We drove down from Denver with confidence that we were going to make the deal happen. Quentin was very respectful, fun, understanding, helpful, etc. Our experience was great and we will definitely be back...but hopefully not for a while because we finally found our perfect car!

These guys are the best!! I shopped and shopped, when I finally found Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers I couldn't believe how clean their cars were. I decided on a Mdx, which had a lower price and more options then the competions Mdx's. These guys treated me very well and were a pleasure to deal with. The salesman was nice and no pressure, but he answered a personal phone call while showing us a car! The "Internet manager" was a joke, he wouldn't shut up, talked to us like we were little kids. We just about got up Nd left. Then they promised me they wouldn't call me- which I don't know how they got my number! They have called me two times today and once in the past. They are liars.

Unfortunately our experience with this dealership was less than satisfactory. After buying a used car we had to pay 490 dollars to fix what was broken, and this does not include everything! When given the chance to correct this situation, the dealership did nothing--and were rude in the process. I would never deal here again.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN AUTO BROKERS is the BEST!! My dad told me to go out and find the car I liked. I finally found this awesome G6 at their lot. My DAD dealt with Rocky and was very happy with them and co-signed with me. I love my new car!!! Samantha
