      We are an honest, family-owned and operated business and we truly care about making your trip pleasant! Forget about those automated 1-800 numbers for other travel sites - you can contact our Manager (and co-owner) directly! We respond to your inquiries within 24 hours, and if you send a message during "business hours," the response is typically within one hour. Unlike our competitors, we're also very happy to answer any questions you may have. One of our clients recently inquired about renting from our competition, asked a few questions about their policies, and here was the response: "This is turning out to be more of a challenge than the hundreds of reservations we fully fill for others. I wish you well with finding availability." We have nothing to hide about our business and policies and would never turn you away because you have questions! We are registered with the Colorado Springs Better Business Bureau and have never received a complaint!
