Great place and wonderful pen selection. Bought a Montblanc Pen and the most wonderful and exceptional service and knowledge. Had went to Montblanc Boutique but the personnel at Pen Boutique knew more about the pen and the materials than the Montblanc Boutique. Plus with free gift wrapping and exceptional service, I think Montblanc should take a page from their chapter to learn about conducting business with the customer and apply it in their boutiques.
