      Commando Supply is the Fort Moore areas most trusted source for Army Uniforms, Boots, Insignia and Equipment. We sell ASU, ACU and PT uniforms and provide professional fittings and alterations for uniforms as needed. Name tapes can be ordered by phone or email or even made While You Wait. We have walls and walls of rank and insignia and our showroom stocks one of the largest supplies of Benchmade and Gerber tools and knives. We have a large selection of Oakley eye pro. Our sincere thanks to the soldiers, families and friends of Fort Moore for allowing us to serve you for over 50 years. Established in 2004.

      Business History
      In 1949 William E. Chriss started Chriss Tailoring. His main goal was to provide the soldiers serving at Fort Benning with the highest quality tailoring and service possible. Chriss Tailoring grew and in 1978, Arthur Chriss, the son of William Chriss, expanded the business to include military uniforms and supplies. ARCCO, Inc. was opened on Victory Drive in Columbus. In 1993 Art and Susan Chriss decide it was time to retire. Randy Acton of U.S. Cavalry bought the businesses and ARCCO Military Supply and Birch Military Wholesale were closed. U.S. Cavalry bought the business and moved into the space at 4411 Victory Drive. Arthur Chriss had never let go of the names or the original corporations. And after a brief retirement on March 1, 2004 he reopened Birch Military Wholesale under a new name: Commando Military Supply.

      I just purchase my AGSUs at clothing and sales and their tailor was out and no one could alter my uniform, I went to commandos where they’ve seen my patches on, made me new nameplates, altered my uniform, and are dry cleaning and pressing my uniform all within 4 days of me purchasing the uniform for payday activities. They were quick and very professional as well!
