I called with a few questions about the cost associated with purchasing 1 pallet of Zoysia and transporting it from Eufaula to Columbus, GA. The Columbus attendant said that it would cost $125 to deliver but it was not economical to transport only 1 pallet so they would not do the transaction. I went ahead and nicely asked what was the minimum number of pallets I should buy and she obnoxiously answered 3 or 4. I then asked for clarification as I was still willing to pay the transportation cost of $125 for just one pallet. The 'lady' did not offer clarification and hung up on me barely after 1 minute of conversation! I called back to confirm that she did in fact hang up and she casually said she did. People like this do not belong in business!!
