Dr Cook is nothing but a true Pro! Honest and thorough. Gives you all options and allows you to decide how to proceed. I will refer anyone who ask’s and have full confidence that the correct outcome will follow!
They were more interested in how they were going to get paid than the health and welfare of the patient. All money asked for in advance. Would not even schedule surgery without the money up front. Then, when I overpaid, it took 8 weeks to get my money returned.
