I really appreciate it when I can go in and get help from young men and women who know what they are talking about...Guess what? After playing around with a bunch of stupid tanning lotions I am darker (and I mean DARKER) after one day! They are always friendly day or night...The prices are reasonable and it is always easy to get a bed! A VERY NICE AND CLEAN ATMOSPHERE...I have never had a problem and have been going there for years! I would ALWAYS recommend it!

Tan Pro seems like a decent place to tan cheap, which is why I have a membership.



However, this location spicifically is really crappy and I am completely unsatisfied with the service. I tan almost every day and the same woman checks me in. She has no idea what my name is and has to ask how me to spell it every single day! the beds are ok if you don't mind going often to feel tan and the place seems clean.



like i said, it's really the service that sucks. the girls are rude they pay no attention to their clients and are constantly talking about other clients, are outside smoking in front of the door or are texting behind the counter.



They have never tried to sell lotion to me, I assume because they don't know anything about the lotions they sell. it takes them a few minutes to check people in and they NEVER SMILE! it's the same crap day in and day out, they seem miserable to work there and it makes it a chore to tan there.





Around Hard Rd. there are plenty of other, more friendly places to tan. Spend your money at those places, not here.
