Terrible customer service!

I have lived in Brighton for a couple years now and have had some trouble finding a nice clean salon with knowlegable, friendly stylists who listen to you. Love Miranda! Super fun and very knowledgable. She helped me with a hair issue I've had for years that no one else seemed to care about trying to fix for me. Thanks!

Great customer service and hair! I have been trying to find a good salon in the area and have tried a few. This is by far the best I have found. Very friendly, listen to what you want and make time to squeeze you in. I love my hair since going to Swank. I am so glad I decided to give them a try. I will not be going anywhere else!

very clean and relaxing place. my hair was great and i will be returning. -wish there were no kids policy though...
