Welcome to Optimal Child Development Center/Christian Academy where children are loved with the love of the Lord and taught to enjoy and appreciate the wonderful world that He created for them. According to scripture, "sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from Him." Psalms 127:3. It's our primary task to touch the hearts of the children with the reality of a relationship with God.We believe that children require guidance, love, and prayer to become thoroughly equipped men and women to live a successful and fulfilled life in this uncertain world. We focus our teachings on the needs of the whole child spiritual, mental, social, physical and emotional. We believe that parents are the prime educators of their children. God has given the responsibility to parents for the provision of training their children. Optimal exists as a partner to families to accomplish this instruction.The educational philosophy of Optimal is based upon John 1:3, "All things were made by Him and without Him was not anything made that was made." The teachings of the Bible are woven throughout our total program and encompasses all areas of instruction. We believe that children need to be taught from a Christian perspective on the world, which will give them a balanced personality and a proper understanding and acceptance of their role in life and in their relationship both now and in the future-all grounded in the Christian Concept of Love. This philosophy channels our energies to promote high Christian Standards and Values while helping the student to achieve skills which will be beneficial in their future years, both as students and members of society.
