if i could give this person a -10 i would, went in for a simple color and cut, came out orange and my hair was a mess. the haircut i got was so bad i cried for days. it took my new hairdresser 4 visits to fix the color and cut. when i called to complain to Diane she called me names and said i was a scammer. I stopped payment on my ck for the awful job she did and the witch waited the 6 months and then cashed it. never would i send anyone to this crook. and by the way i did this review once before and she deleted it. if you value your hair as much as i do DONT GO TO THIS WOMEN. SHE WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR.
