Their Ice coffee's suck rocks! You can either get your cup filled with ice then after you are done with your ice coffee you are left with a cup 1/2 full of ice! Or if you ask for light ice you get warm ice coffee. Knowing this I asked for medium ice and the Chinese barista snobbily replied "You mean light ice? & I replied "Yeah, but not too light, last time my coffee was warm." so then she proceeded to serve me warm coffee, AGAIN!!!
