      I m a single mother and my daughter and I was sharing a twin bed. A complete stanger gave us a set of King Mattress & Box Springs and we were soooooo happy. I called Goodwill of conyers to find out if they had any king bed rails and to my surprise they did. I went and purchased them for $16. I called a friend to put the bed together for me and found out that the 2 support bars was missing. I called GW of Conyers to see if I could get a store credit or replacement but I was told since I dont have the reciept i can get neither... First of all these items are donated to GW so they didnt lose anything. I lost $16 for something I cannot use...so now my daughter and i is sleeping on the floor because I dont have any extra money to buy another bed rail. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN GOODWILL OF CONYERS!!!!!!!!!!!

      I had been donating and shopping here for 7 years. The merchandise and the service continues to get worse. Not to mention the high prices. There slogan is they put people to work yet the staff constantly turns over.

We also accepts gently used clothing, books, furniture, computers, and all kinds of other household items. Proceeds from donations helps us generate the revenue to fulfill Goodwill of North Georgia's mission in helping put people to work and support the local community.
