Everytime I have a gaming related question, besides how to beat a certain part of a game lol, they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me out! even if they dont know everything.

This store is ok if you want to get a popular game quickly, but they often don't have the new games I want in stock (PC games) and the lines can sometimes be long. Some of the store clerks are very friendly, others seem to be in a bad mood most of the time. Also, they don't give you much for trade-ins.

I love cool bamboo! It's so nice to have a new local restaurant in Coppell that serves excellent food! The service in the restaurant is exceptional and extremely friendly. Even better, their sushi is outstanding, and I can't wait to go back. Awesome restaurant!

Service at this place varies widely depending on who is working behind the register that day. Some of the employees are very helpful and go the extra mile. Others act like they don't have time to deal with petty issues. I haven't been impressed with their ability to acquire the latest games first. They tend to be a day or two behind the other stores in the area.

The staff is young and completely immersed in the world of gaming. Great selection of both used games and systems at reasonable prices.
