They did therapy to relax terrible spasms and then my adjustment literally allowed me to stand straight again. I went three times and they filed everything for my insurance. I paid like $5.90 copay. Dr. Carew practices in a small town and has been there for 20 years. He doesn't advertise, doesn't force you to come 3 times a week for 20 weeks. He doesn't try to sell you a bunch of junk. I happen to know he is respected in the medical community, my md at iowa city family practice referred me. He is a good at what he does, go to him or another chiropractor before your problems get to bad!
