Extremly rude management. Returned home to find that both of my rear springs were completely broken in half and a good chunk of paint taken off of the rocker panel. Manager would not even refund my parking cost let alone acknowledge the damage that was done to my car under their care.

I have used Charlie Brown parking for over 30 years. They always have the most shuttles back to their lot, then anyone else. I would never use another company. Always 100% satisfied.

Excellent service! Texted my number. Pickup was almost immediate. Car running and warm when we arrived. Used my aaa discount with no hassle. Great price. Much more convenient than parking at the airport itself. Door to door service. Excellent

I told her I was going to try somewhere else and she didn't even try to stop me. Would not recommend, and will not attempt to park here again. I will warm my own car up to not have to deal with this rudeness again.

VERY POOR customer service. Last Feb they announded on the news to not pick your car up, due to the deep snow, I waited two days they charged me for the two days that they ask customers NOT to come, because they could not get your car out. I told them I would NEVER be back, I could stay at a hotel and park FREE, they said they didn't care.

What a great service!!! Came home in the middle of a snow storm, car was warm and cleaned off. Fast and easy, why worry, park at Charlie Browns!

Excellent Service. We used Charlie Brown's for a family trip. Everyone was very helpful especially with the luggage. Nice to come back to a car clean of snow. We would use this parking facility again

We used Charlie Brown's for our trip. The service was excellent, on time to the airport, friendly drivers who helped with the luggage and prompt pick-up at the airport after our trip. We recommend this service and will return.

Always check your charge card statement if your use this facility. I parked my car at this place quite a few times until my bad experience in Nov 2008. I found that I was overcharged $27.93 on my credit card and when I called and talked with the manger, he was extremely nasty. First he told me that I didn't reserve a parking space over the internet, which I certainly did. I have always reserved parking over the internet. Then he told me I didn't bring proof that I reserved a parking space, which I did. I had even printed off the coupon from the internet and which the person checking me in waved off. After the manager finally got over referring that I am a liar, he nastily said he would refund the money, which he did not!! So this holiday season when flying out of Pittsburgh, I, of course, went elsewhere to park my car and will never again use Charlie Brown Airport Parking.
