      After medical school, Dr. McClain entered the U.S. Navy, where he spent 12 years of service as a physician serving our nation’s leaders, military personnel, and their dependents both in the United States and abroad, which included the naval vessel USS Oak Hill and under the Surgeon General in Washington, DC. Dr. McClain returned to Walter Reed for his Dermatology residency, which included training at the NIH and Johns Hopkins University. After completing his residency, he spent three years as a
