This place is amazing the way they are with their customers. Very fair, and if there is a problem with anything you buy ,they (Daniel especially) will fix the problem. I have never left there unhappy. This is my new store and right by my house, which is a plus ! ����

Went in to buy a cigar, and they talked me in to trying one I never tried before. When I cut it/ lit it up, it was hard to hit and was completely falling apart. Called up and explained the situation, and they exchanged it for my regular cigar! Excellent customer service, I give this place 5 stars!!

This smoke shop has the best products and pieces for great prices. In my opinion, awesome customer service and honest opinions on products is just a plus. Haven't gone to another smoke shop since aura has opened! Just act fairly and expect to be treated fairly(: HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
