By the time I stopped into Coastal Wellness, I had spent 5 years working with medical doctors who were unable to identify the cause of my pain or provide a diagnosis. My symptoms included neuropathy in my right leg, and intense muscle spasms in my neck, shoulders and back. I lost my physical flexibility, the simple pleasure of sleeping through the night, and most of my happiness.



So what changed? I met Brooke who used medical massage and specific exercises to help me get my life back. After 2.5 months of scheduled massages, my neuropathy is completely gone, and most days I am pain free.
