Dr. Heaton is good to the pets in a no nonsense way and treats humans the same. She's helped me save one dog found in a dumpster who was ill and helped me understand when it was time to put down my best friend of 20 yrs. She and her staff have seen us through numerous crisis in 10 yrs+. from toothaches to cancer. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
