The repairman was rude. I paid $35.00 service fee that was to be deducted from the repair charges. But he refused to do repairs requested, that would have cost approx.$235.00, because he wanted me to replace my oven. I had a different repair service come out they said my oven was great other than the glass in the door. They replaced it and I tore up the card from West Coast appliance Repair to make sure I never call them again and will pass the information on to my friends.

I called them on Sat. 8/15/09 to repair my Whirlpool Duet washing machine at 12 noon. They told us a technician would be over between 2pm and 5pm. The technician showed up at 2:30 and replaced the pump/motor assembly and was gone before 3pm! I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing and good service. The technician was experienced and my GE monogram was fixed the first time. Would recommend to anybody for appliance needs. Thank you.

I scheduled servie for same day Refrigerator and Freezer repair. I was guaranteed that someone would be out between 5 - 8 PM today. At about 6 PM, the lady called to cancel my appointment and attempted to reschedule for tomorrow. However, as a result of today's events, I would not do business with this company if it were free. My $600 worth of groceries that I bought yesterday are now sure to defrost and spoil. Thanks for everything!
