Purchased 2 recliners from tri-county furniture in Covington, Va. They took a couple of weeks to arrive as we ordered the recliners upholstered in a couple of different fabrics not available on the showroom floor. However, when they arrived they were perfect and just what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and treated us with respect. Tri County's sales and services is far better than that I received at Schewels in Covington which promised repeatedly that they had the furniture I wanted available in their Roanoke warehouse only to find out after I had already paid them and about 3 weeks later that the furniture was on back order and would be another 6-8 weeks. I got my money back and took my business to Tri County.
