We are not rude, and we don't hate children we care for there safety of them, when you were in la la land we were watching to make sure you children didn't get hurt as they were climbing all over the equipment, we did tell them to stop after you never said anything to them. NO BOY'S OR GIRL'S ARE TERRORS it's just the parents that are, when they don't know how who to manage them

Okay are deals, staff is rude and it's hard to get to from any location.The staff hates children. My boys couldn't touch anything without one of the rude staffers harshly yelling at them and threatening to throw them out of the store.If it were the first time it happened there, I'd write it off as a bad day but when it's happened 3 times (my boys are not terrors), I'd rather spend more and buy at another store.
