I purchased a necklace for a christmas gift December 20th. I had not noticed the clasp was broken. I returned it after Christmas. I was told it would take 2 weeks for repair. It is now February 28th and finally ready for pick up. Check jewerly carefully when purchasing. The charms are not secure either. My daughter one after only wearing for 4 weeks. Concept is good but not great quality.
