The rugs are full of mold. Condensation seeping through the cement slab into the walls. Mold on all windows seals, in carpet, broken windows not fixed, dishwashers are cheap and won't close properly. Mold on personal properly that must be thrown away. Sloppy workmanship. Previous management did not eradicate the issue, just wanted them to purchase a dehumidifier..Now that the mold issues made it to the paper, management are giving dehumidifiers and tell tenants to spray hydrogen-peroxide on mold. That fix is less than acceptable, the units affected by mold are uninhabitable, period. Management needs to move tenants into clean units immediately. People are sick including young children. Units must be vacated and inspected by a licensed/professional mold eradication firm - to include testing for toxic black mold spores in the air and air conditioners. Inspecting for mold is not within the preview of the companies maintenance personnel. This is a serious health concern!

very nice apartments decent size no w/d hook ups but has good size laundry room the walls seem thin i can hear my neighbors sometimes both side neighbors and downstairs neighbors. it's suppose to be a family community but we've been threatened with eviction because our kids walk around after 10 pm and it disturbs our downstairs neighbor... they should put people with families on the bottom levels but they didn't it is 1st come first serve... i don't think anyone else is having problems with their neighbors for the noise but i would say it is an issue for some people if you have kids try to get a downstairs apartment!! they have gas and electric which isn't very good because gas is almost twice the electric and these are suppose to be low income apartments. it does have 2 parks for kids which is really nice (the reason why i moved in here)! the system for admittance is good they only process your app if they are positive they can get you in and they don't allow sex offenders also a plus
