I just wanted to start off by saying, I normally don't do reviews. The service was excellent from start to finish. Even though we were going there knowing that our beloved dog, Jay would not be returning home with us. They were able to get me in right away the same day. I thought that was very nice of them considering everyone else I called had a 3 to 4 day wait, or didn't have the med for euthanasia. The staff notified me from the initial phone conversation that they allotted time availability for situations for emergent situations that arise . Mine being end of life for my dog, Jay . He was 14 1/2 year old golden retriever. The staff was very nice, and accommodating. They opened the side door so that my son could bring him in without difficulty. They laid down several blankets, and towels in their comfort room because Jay was not able to stand any longer, making it difficult for him to get on a exam table. Everything was done right in the comfort room on the floor. The staff was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. We told staff that Jay was terrified of vets. They were very gentle with him. The vet came in and explained everything . She was very detailed. We were allowed as much time as we wanted with him. Not to mention the price was almost half as much as most vets around. I was so pleased by their service, and professionalism that I told my son we would start bringing our other 2 dogs to them. Overall, I was very satisfied with our experience.

We have a 9 year old boxer and he was having a hard time with allergies, losing his hair and other unpleasant medical conditions. We brought him to see Dr. Walley and he was great. The staff is always so helpful as our dog also has anxiety. They made our experience great. Our dog was handled with such care and the receptionist and vet techs were great at explaining everything we needed to know. Dr. Wally suggested another type of treatment which worked great. Our 9 year old boxer, for the first time in a year, was playing and not itching. We're so great full for the doctors and staff at This clinic and we found that their prices were comparable to the other clinics in the area. We would highly recommend this business!

Crest Hill is one of the best clinics around. I drive 25 minutes because I trust them and they are very reasonable. The staff is super friendly, and they go above and beyond to assure the animals get love and care while with them. They are extremely knowledgeable and I know when I get a diagnosis from them, I can trust it. I run a rescue and they see hundreds of our animals. They have pulled countless puppies and kittens through situations that looked very bleak. I'm thankful I've been able to call them my family vet as well as our rescue vet for the last 8 years!

This company is rude, they do not care for the pets they treat, but only care about their bottom line! They are over priced and treat their customer poor to say the least! I went there it was dirty, stinky, I wanted to leave once I walked in.... PETA should check this please out.

I brought my boxer into get his immunizations and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality care I received at this clinic. The staff was friendly and Dr. Walley was great! He is the type of Vet that truly seems to care about his clients. He took great care of my boxer and I did not feel rushed during my visit.The fees was very well priced, not over-priced

The folks at Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic are the best - my recent experience there was superior to any other vet I've visited. It was so much more affordable than anywhere else (they must be jacking up the prices everywhere else, I swear!) and Dr. Walley really seemed to care about my cat. The clinic was clean and everyone was so nice. Usually my cat hates vets, but he actually seemed to enjoy Dr. Walley's attention - kitty thumbs up!

It's not about money here, it's about your pets. If you thought most vet appointments were too expensive, wait till you see this place. I've never had a smaller bill than when I got my cat treated by Dr. Walley - I can safely say I've found my new vet forever. And he's SO GOOD with the animals he sees, there's nothing but smiles in the lobby. It doesn't matter how far you have to drive - GO TO THIS CLINIC!!
