My boyfriend and I tried to go to this Friendly's about a month ago. All we wanted was Ice cream. We stood at the window for a good 10 minutes. There were three people behind the counter that looked straight at us and did not say a word. There was a girl behind the counter who was on her phone laughing with a friend and another one right beside us scooping out the Ice Cream to close I guess. There was another girl sweeping the floors who looked directly at us and continued to sweep. Oh and by the way this store was so disgusting. From the window where the Ice Cream was served all you could see what dirtiness and trash all over the floor and I would never tell anyone to eat here. Mind you this was 30 minutes before they closed and there were still customers at the tables. After standing there for about 10 minutes I got fed up and told by boyfriend we should go find somewhere else to get Ice Cream. Well I walked out and my boyfriend stayed behind. He asked the girl behind the counter if they were still open and she says well it depends on what you want. Well he said don't worry about about it and left. After getting in the car the manager walks to the window with this dumb look on his face, acting as if no one saw us. Also I would never recommend going here because as the girl was sweeping the floor she swept silverware into the dust pan. I'm sure they don't throw that away and it wasn't just one or two things of silverware it was quite a few! Someone should call the health department on this store!
