My friends and family and I come here regularly and have never had a problem until the other day. The server that we had "Kaitlyn" was unbelievably the worst server we have ever had. she was extremely rude. Our drinks were wrong more than once. She had an attitude when we asked for our food to be fixed to our liking. She interrupted us numerous times while we were ordering. And would snap at us when we asked a question. She was very umprofessional. Another server came to us as we were walking out and apologized for our experience it was sweet of her but just not enough. We were extremely disappointed with visit. I regret to admit we may not go back or recommend this restaurant anymore.

We stopped at the Vegas Steakhouse tonight to eat. We were coming back from a funeral in Ky and were really hungry. Drove into Crossville and stopped and ate dinner! What a wonderful treat! We ate steaks and they were cooked to perfection and the salads and baked potatoes were delicious. We highly recommend this steakhouse. We live 30 miles away but will be going back again for sure!!!!!!!!

We've been several times to Vegas Steakhouse. The first few times it was OK, food good, presentation average. The last time we had dinner there, the meal wasn't as enjoyable. They may have had a new chef, but the service was a tad bit slower also.

Awesome food, Awesome service. Very very clean. Nice outside deck , great inside sports bar or another room for more intimate dinners. The owners are the nicest people you would ever meet.
