Provided by YPmobileWas trying to get my dog groomed instead of Dr majors helping me he degraded me instead and is not in it for the dogs is in it for the cash I have never been so insulted in my entire life and I give him a zero rating because of their rules and regs and instead of the front desk being helpful all I kept getting was that's our policy that's our policy so I give them like I said a zero rating and would not recommend anyone going there

Provided by DexKnowsBottom line:My late dog was misdagnosed and treated accordingly. He went into Kidney Failure. I took him back to the vet, they treated the kidney failure (so I thought) and told me it was ok that we leave for a road trip to Seattle the next day.Road trip nightmare.I raced to Seattle in 2.5 days. Upon arrival, local vet immediatley sent me to a Specialist who asked for all his labs from the Four Seasons Vet. The Specialist told me two huge things.1. He had Cushings Diesease (very manageable) and the kidney failure was caused by the treatment. (initially took him to the vet 'cause he was drinking excessively and he was prescribed eye drops used stop excessive drinking) ABSOLUTLEY THE WRONG THING TO DO!Second, and most important, I was told the test the Four Seasons used to check for Cushings was Outdated By SEVERAL YEARS and that according to his labs, he was in no shape to travel either! They took the time to put this writing.I'm sad, not bitter, but thought others should know.

Provided by DexKnowsYesterday I brought my dog here after not having pets for many years. The staff and doctors were just as I remembered!! They each took their time to greet not only me, but my pet as well. This really helped him, as he can be nervous sometimes. However, with all the attention he got, he was in and out of his appointment with no troubles and I was a better educated pet owner. Will be returning soon :)

Provided by DexKnowsI have taken my cats there for almost 30 years and have recently (10 years ago!) added a dog. Everyone has been very pleasant. They have always been very helpful and have treated my pets as I would want them to. They always try to find a time for me to get in an appointment as soon as is convenient for me.

Provided by DexKnowsThey let a dog die today, with 3 crying kids in the car, because they were closing. Spread the word. Dont give these monsters any more business. I wont!

Provided by DexKnowsI have been a client at Four Season's Animal Hospital for almost 10 years now. I have used several other vets in the area but none compare the the doctors that I have had the pleasure to meet over the years. If I ever have a problem with one of my dogs or cats they are 100% honest with me when I am trying to decide the most affordable and reliable treatment. ######The office is always clean and doesn't even smell like an animal hospital! The receptionists are always friendly and always try to answer my questions, if they don't know they will ask the doctor and get back to me. I feel like I am in good hands when I go there and I feel like they treat my animals like they do their own!

Provided by DexKnowsI recently took my cocker spaniel, Buddy, to the Groomer at Four Seasons Animal Hospital. I wasn't happy with my previous groomer and was referred to them by my neighbor.######Since this was my first time at the practice, I wasn't sure how it was going to be. My experience was exceptional. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The groomer was very knowledgeable. She took her time with Buddy and he really seemed to like her. She was very patient as I tried to explain to her how I would like Buddy groomed.######When I picked Buddy up after he was done, he looked great!!! He even had a holiday bandana on! He looked so cute!! The price was very reasonable and the groomer explained to me that if Buddy ever needed medical care, the doctor could see him while he is there for grooming. How convenient for me!!!######I would recommend the groomer at Four Seasons Animal Hospital and know Buddy will be happy to return!!!

Provided by YP.comFour Seasons Animal Hospital is the best in Northwest Indiana! Dr Major saved our cat after he ate some string and we didn't think he was going to make it. Also, Dr April was so compassionate when we had to put our dog to sleep last Fall after her kidneys failed. The whole staff at Four Seasons is kind and caring and it really shows that they love what they're doing. I have tried different vets in the past and none have compared to Four Seasons! My pets also give Four Seasons 4 paws up!
