Dealing with Cumberland Hill auto sales and service was a positive experience from start to finish... They didn't pressure me into the sale and stood behind the car 100%. Very friendly and helpful

The vehicles on their lot seem to be sub-standard, I do have some vocational High School training on cars so I do know a more than the average person when it comes down to them. The warranty they give out is very insufficient. A CEL came on in my case and it ended up with a just a computer reset and a 100 mile test drive to see if it would come on again. If the CEL didn't come back on, even before the computer was ready, they considered the car fixed. This is exactly what they did in my case. Even though the same CEL came on again 100 additional miles later when all sensors were reporting. I know this as when I picked it up it was still reading P XXXX from the layman's way of reading a CEL code, which is to say that the system is not ready as not all sensors are reporting. Their very improper action on a 2nd attempt at a repair formed my opinion on their warranty. I personally would never use them again. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to others, not even my enemies

I purchased a car from Cumberland Hill Auto in 2011, and had nothing but trouble from the start!! After dealing with repair after repair I decided to trade it in, and after going to a reputable dealer, I found out that the car had a salvage title....this was never told to me at the time of purchase!!! So instead of a $2,000 trade in value, I got $700. Very upset and also filing a complaint with BBB.
