Cypress Enterprise Customer Service was good to me. I had a problem, lack of Credit Card, so I could only rent from their Cypress location with my debit card if I had a recent bank statement and 2 utility bills, both dated within the past 30 days, with a Cypress address. After obtaining the proper required information, I booked my rental. However, my plans had my companions and I on the road by 7am and that paticular location doesn't open until 9am on Saturdays and Closed on Sundays. Instead of sticking me with the extra days charge, I was allowed to come at the last moment before close and pick up the car, for my early mornings travel. To me that is going above and beyhond, that shows me they care more about my fun & safe travels, over their desire to make an extra buck. Thank you Cypress Enterprise :-)

Worst customer service. Denied an upgrade that I was eligible under my corporate account saying they don't have a full size, then said they don't even have a standard size. So I got the next best model intermediate. Out of the gate it shows a maintenance light so they switch me to a horrible model of a different company. I object but again no upgrade! Lastly I return it 15 min after closing, so they say their systems are closed and the return will happen next day, I said fine so I leave the keys upon the guy's request. Next day I see they charged me for an extra day. Basically paid for a day i didn't use. I am sure systems allow them to change the date but claims about Customer satisfaction and going the extra mile are basically to fool you. AVOID. There is an AVIS next block down the road.
