Our remolding was unique being that the house, located right on the Gulf of Mexico, had aged as a vacation home and had been given only emergency care. The remodeling included a new roof, new siding, leveling, as well as gutting the interior. Anytime we came by to check the progress we found one of the owners on the site. Sunscape did a major addition to my stilt home. I expected and received top notch workmanship. What I was pleasantly surprised to receive was the amount of effort that the company officers put into dealing with a difficult and recalcitrant permitting department. They really went out of their way to meet demands from the inspectors without compromising the features I wanted in my home. When the work commenced, they were on site daily to kepp me informed concerning progress and verify that work met permit requirements exactly. As a result, we passed every inspection on the first try. I am very happy with the result, especially the details that made the addition seem part of mya home, and not just added space. I would recommend them to anyone who desires quality performance delivered in a timely fashion by a builder who goes out of his way to understand the clients desires and insure that his finished product exceeds thgeir expectations.

Sunscape Builders recently performed an extensive remodel on a house that I had recently purchased. The house is in Florida, and I was in Washington State. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous about having so much work being done when I couldnt be on-site once-in-awhile to make sure things were being done right. In the end, my nervousness proved to be unfounded, as Sunscape Builders exceeded my expectations relating to quality, schedule, and price. It should be noted, that as a Quality Representative for a major Aerospace manufacturer, it isnt easy to meet, let alone exceed my expectations when it comes to quality. Sunscape personnel kept me informed via phone and emails every step of the way, so I never felt like I was out of the loop, even though was 2,500 miles away. Their recommendations made the project turn out better than I had hoped for. I would not hesitate for a second, to recommend Sunscape for any construction/remodel project.
