General Info
Blind Bishop’s wine list is curated by Sommelier/Owner Dilek Caner, who is currently the only Master of Wine in Texas. For the last twenty years, Dilek has trained many sommeliers and wine directors in New York City and Dallas. On Saturdays and Sundays, we offer 20 wines by the glass at 1oz, 3oz, and 5oz portions, and about 100 wines by the bottle regularly refreshed to offer both great value and iconic/classic wines. Even though our concept is based on wine, Blind Bishop features a selection of seasonal and creative tapas-style small plates. Expect to have a great time tasting wine and food, having conversations with like-minded wine people and to always learn something new about wine when you visit us at Blind Bishop.
