Brick pavers and Retaining wall contractor
5 stars to Fernando Magal and his team , they do outstand Concrete and Brick paver work . I'm a Landscape Architect and I've been using Brick and Stone Pavers LLC for over 10 years now . Fernando Magal is a man of his word , he gets things done and he always answer his phone . I love the fact he's so young but so knowledgeable, helping me with Ideas and designs when I most need . The crew is very Talented and Honest , working long hours and they are normally Done before the stipulated date we set . Fernando and his team do phenomenal work. He paved around our entire pool and built a retaining wall with such precision. He is very knowledgeable about his work and takes great pride. I would highly recommend Fernando to anyone looking for paving work for their backyard. His level of quality and detail are unbelievable.
I am the VP of my HOA which consists of 90 condo units. We were in need of a new retaining wall and had already received three bids for the job. Not feeling that comfortable with the bids and the companies that were bidding, I asked Fernando of Brick & Stone Pavers, LLC to look at the project and give me an estimate. He came on a Sunday and spent over an hour explaining the process and what he could do for us. He had by far the best and most attractive ideas and yet came in with the lowest bid. We soon learned that there had never been a survey of our property completed and that one would be required for this job. Fernando took an entre Saturday to complete a survey of our entire property, at no additional charge to us. The job that his company did is absolutely beautiful and will last a lifetime. It is rare that you find a contractor who actually returns phone calls, shows up, who is passionate about his work and who makes you happy you hired him. My husband and I have had A LOT of work done on homes in the past and this was by far one of the more pleasant experiences.
Although we had originally decided on another company to do our concrete work and were just inquiring about stone work, Fernando came to our home on his way home from a job in another city. He shows up in his huge truck in his work clothes. (He had warned me that he was coming from another job). At 7 in the evening he still takes the time to go through his process of putting in our patio and laying travertine. We were so impressed with his passion, his commitment and his knowledge, we cancelled the concrete work and hired Brick and Stone, LLC to do the entire job.
We are so please that we did. The work is first rate and Fernando Megalhese is equally first rate. His consideration, his appreciation and his honesty shine through and are reflected in his work.
We did have a couple of delays due to equipment problems, but Fernando always kept us up to date on progress or delays. Because he started the job a full week before originally planned, the delays were not a big deal. Having worked with many contractors, I know that delays are to be expected. What was not expected and so unusual, however, is that he always returned every phone call or text promptly.
Another point I want to make about Fernando is his work ethic. Starting with showing up at our house in the evening after an exhausting day and continuing to work sometimes until dark or later in order to complete the job, Fernando fulfilled his commitments with graciousness and professionalism that is unusual.
By the way, our patio is BEAUTIFUL. It is better than I imagined!

After Fernando with (Brick and Stone Pavers) build our brick paver Pool deck I was totally Convinced , Happy and understood why all of his past costumers gave him 110 % positive feed back , this is probably the reason he's doing business for that long. The best way to do the installation was using 8" inch's thick crushed concrete footing as foundation with filter fabric under the base material and solid concrete attached w/ dowels to the Gunite for the steps and equipment pad for a/c area. Before hire Brick & Stone Pavers , we check all the information we need to ensure the profile we had from this young boy " Fernando Magal" was the owner , and running 2 crews with a side sales person and a office . this did impress us . and really amazed us when they fined their job.
