      Complete Med Care is a primary and urgent care facility that provides comprehensive medical care, from urgent care and routine physicals, to management of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and complex medical conditions. The clinic is equipped with X-ray machine, on-site lab, EKG, and other medical equipment to handle minor medical emergencies. The office is conveniently located in North Dallas, on Forest Lane, between Hwy 75 and Greenville Ave. It is located a couple minutes from intersection of I-635 and US-75, and a five minute drive from Richardson.       Went there sick and hurting. Denied pain meds when I asked. Had fever, chills, cough. Dr. P prescribed a zpac and albuterol along with an NSAID, which as a runner, i already had plenty of these. Three days later; still have pain, fever and chills. Beware of this place.
