We are still cleaning up the mess DB Tax Service made of our income tax returns. When we contacted a new firm, they knew immediately who we were complaining about--they were already helping other people who DB had messed over. When a problem arises he never returns his phone calls or responds to his e-mail. We had to deal with the IRS on our own!!
