Treatment if possible the sources of pain-Return patients to the most functional and productive lifestyle possible-Promote health activities and preventative care-Coordinate multidisciplinary approaches if indicated. Treatment plans are specifically designed for each individual to reduce pain, improve function and maximize quality of life. We strive to offer excellence in service to each patient while providing compassionate and effective care. Please call office. We accept all insurance plans and workers comp and give senior rate discounts. You do not need a referral from another physician. Same day appointments are available. Bring filmed and MRI reports and any relevant medical records if possible to the appointment. In case of emergencies go to your local emergency hosp ital department.
